Comes ready for any event up to 250 people with all the equipment and offers smoked meats / hamburgers / shawarma and a wide variety of other options.
Themed Stands
Greek taverna
A vibe! With a variety of flagship dishes of the Greek cuisine: Gyros, greek pita, chicken and lamb skewers on the grill, fried barbounia, stuffed vine leaves, skordalia, fava spinach pie and a lot of other dishes that are accompanied by unique spreads and served in a Greek setting.
Smoked brisket
Brisket (beef breast) style Texas barbecue: smoked for 24 hours in a smoker with maple wood. Melts into thin hairs that are soft in the mouth together with caramelized onions. Served in a fresh in frena bread with homemade spreads: herb aioli, chimichurri, sun-dried tomatoes and a variety of other toppings. The stand comes with homemade pickles and salads.
Schnitzel in hala stand
Israeli classic at its best! Fresh challah buns, crispy schnitzel that is fried on the spot a variety of toppings: eggplant chips, matboucha, fried spicy peppers, Israeli salad, pickled lemon and more.
Shawarma stand
There is nothing more exciting than a giant shawarma wheel spinning in front of all the guests! The wheel is built from ontario cuts, turkey and lamb fat and made on the spot in front of the guests. The stand comes with all the toppings that shawarma needs: Israeli salad, tomato salad, tahini cabbage, spice, amba, red onion, parsley
and of course french fries and warm pita bread. You can also add hot homemade falafel balls to the celebration.
Mexican fiesta
A colorful booth with a Latin rhythm and intoxicating flavors.
The best Mexican food is served hot and fresh on made the spot: chili con carne from pulled meat, poyo al pastor on coals, fish tacos, and a variety of other dishes that are accompanied by hot tortillas, nachos, corn, chili, guacamole, frijoles, and a variety of salsas and salads, or in short - fiesta.
Fish & chips
Tempting stand that is suitable for light and relaxed events.
The stand offers cod fish which is fried in crispy beer batter that creates a particularly crispy coating. The fish is accompanied by crispy sweet potato fries / normal french fries and served to guests in a cone. Tartar sauce, barbecue, green aioli and a selection of other sauces are served on the side.
Sashimi stand
The stand comes with a variety of fresh raw fish: red tuna, salmon, sea bream, intias and other fish caught that day. The fish is served on a bed of sushi rice / crackers / together with: avocado, nori seaweed, sweet potato, asparagus, tamago, wasabi and accompanied with soy, teriyaki, spicy mayo and more
Smash Burger
Our burger is made from 100% fresh ground beef, a combination of entrecote lid, untribe and brisket creates the perfect patty which is roasted and smashed in front of the guests. The hamburger is served in a brioche bun along with a variety of toppings: fried onions, mushrooms, egg, onion rings, raw vegetables and more. The hamburger is accompanied by a selection of sauces and, of course, hot, fresh and irresistable fries.
About Us
Matan Cohen
Matan grew up in Herzliya in a family where food and cooking was the center of the home. From a young age food was his passion, always playing with raw ingredients, creating new recipes and was highly engaged in the culture of catering and hosting.
Over the years he gained experience working in kitchens around the world, being exposed to different food cultures, styles of cooking and hospitality.
From 2019 until today, Yam Basar, led by Matan and together with a team of professional chefs - produce colorful, unique, tasty, and unforgettable events.
